We require a Certificate of Insurance from your agent or insurance company evidencing at least $50,000 of rented equipment insurance.
Please fax a copy of these insurance requirements to your agent or insurance company and they will send us a certificate of insurance for you.
The Certificate of Insurance should include:
- Rented Equipment Coverage with the per item limit specified.
- $1,000,000 General Liability coverage.
- Hired Auto Physical Damage and $1,000,000 Hired Auto Liability if renting a licensed over the road vehicle.
- Waiver of Subrogation concerning Workers Compensation
- Great Plains Rent-All, listed as an additional insured and Loss Payee.
- A 30-day notice of cancellation.
